1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms apply to the quadrop mobile application, the public website at https://www.quadrop.party, and directly related services provided by quadrop. Read them with the Privacy Policy before downloading, accessing, or using the service. Where law requires separate consent, continued use alone does not replace that consent.

2. Eligibility and age

The first release is not directed to children and does not target mainland China. The minimum age is the release-configured value 16; before release it must be reviewed against store ratings, guardian-consent rules, and applicable law in US. The configured store-rating statement is: Google Play: Everyone 10+ (United States). Anyone unable to enter these Terms must not use the service.

3. Service description

quadrop is a mobile game hub offering enabled game catalogs and modes, progress preservation, inventory, items, ad rewards, invitations, in-app purchase orders, and leaderboards. The public website provides product, download-status, support, and legal information; it does not run the game, sign users in, or take payment for digital goods.

4. Account types

The service may support guest, Google, and Apple sign-in in combinations determined by the released platform. A guest account is not a formal account. A Google or Apple identity is linked to one Quadrop formal account after server verification. Sign-in type and Android or iOS platform are separate facts; choosing an identity provider does not derive the device platform.

5. Guest account risks and limits

A guest recovery credential exists only in secure storage on the current device. Uninstalling, clearing data, changing devices, or resetting the system may make the original guest account unrecoverable. Guests cannot purchase digital goods, bind invitation codes, or participate in leaderboards, and offline guest progress cannot later become a ranked score. Use a supported formal sign-in for longer-term account capabilities.

6. Account security

Protect your device, screen lock, and Google or Apple account. Do not sell, rent, share, impersonate, or transfer a Quadrop account. Report an unexpected sign-in, order, or reward to [email protected] with only the necessary order number or error-log ID. Never send a password, token, or complete purchase credential.

7. Retaining, Modifying and Deleting Your Personal Data

You may request access to the information you have provided to us. If you wish to make a request, please contact us using the details in the Contact Us section below. If you would like to update, correct, modify or delete from our database any Personal Data you previously submitted to us, please let us know by logging in and updating your profile. If you delete certain information you may not be able to order services in the future without re-submitting such information. We will comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Also, please note that we will maintain Personal Data in our database whenever we are required to do so by law, for necessary operational reasons, or to maintain uniform business practices. Please note that we need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such change or deletion (for example, when you enter a promotion, you may not be able to change or delete the Personal Data provided until after the completion of such promotion). We will retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

8. Games and modes

The catalog may display BLOCKS, BIRDS, and RUNNER. A game or mode is playable only when both the server catalog and the client module enable it. BLOCKS / Endless and BLOCKS / Classic are distinct modes with their own configuration and run semantics; Endless is the current ranked gameplay path, while Classic is currently non-ranked. BIRDS and RUNNER remain future module boundaries unless enabled in a released build. Disabled or unfinished entries marked “Coming soon” are not promises of delivery.

9. BLOCKS rules and scoring

BLOCKS uses a fixed logic tick, controlled piece stream, rotation, and collision rules. Current scoring adds points only after a piece locks and clears actual lines: clearing 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 lines adds 0, 10, 30, 50, or 80 points. Level does not multiply points, and soft drop, hard drop, Combo, back-to-back classification, T-shaped spins, and perfect clears add no extra score. Hold and Next count follow mode configuration frozen when the run is created.

10. Online, offline, and checkpoints

An online game may create a server run and preserve local, Redis hot, and durable checkpoints under current policy. An offline local game creates no server run, is never ranked, and cannot later become ranked. Network, device, storage, incompatible versions, or retention expiry can prevent recovery of progress that was not durably saved. An integrity hash does not prove that the client was unmodified.

11. Score submission and current integrity boundary

A valid ranked run for a formal account submits only the final fields allowed by its mode. The server checks identity, run ownership, mode, state, idempotency, and basic ranges and uses the first successful receipt time as achievement time. It does not upload a complete action stream and does not perform action-level server verification. We may reject clearly invalid, conflicting, or ineligible results, but do not promise to detect every form of cheating.

12. Leaderboards, seasons, and rewards

Leaderboards create a strict order from server-published rank values, achievement time, and user_id without tied display ranks. A season or fixed-period board may include a settlement grace period, risk-review freeze, eligibility checks, and configured item rewards. Only eligible formal accounts can receive awards; simulation users are test-only ranking candidates and never receive user rewards. Invalid, banned, soft-cancelled, or review-frozen accounts may lose rank or reward eligibility. A visible result does not mean a reward has been delivered.

13. Virtual items and entitlements

Ad-skip tickets, time-limited entitlements, permanent entitlements, and other virtual items are usable only within the service under its rules. They are not legal tender, securities, crypto-assets, or cash equivalents and cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for fiat currency. A displayed balance is a server business record, not ownership of database records or software assets.

14. Daily claims and rewarded ads

A free daily claim, shop rewarded ad, and game-retry ad are separate placements whose quotas and effects do not imply one another. A client animation or reward callback does not establish delivery. Authoritative delivery requires AdMob SSV, the ad state machine, and a committed server transaction. If no ad is available or verification, callback, or business processing fails, a client claim cannot create an item.

15. In-app purchases and official platforms

Enabled platforms sell digital entitlements only through Google Play or Apple in-app purchase and do not direct website users to outside payment. A configured display price is a fallback only when the official SDK has no quote. The store confirmation screen controls the actual amount, taxes, and currency. Users also follow their store account, payment, and regional rules.

16. Annual and lifetime entitlements

Each annual ad-free entitlement lasts exactly 365 days. The first starts at store-authoritative paid_at; a new annual purchase extends from the current active annual end. Annual products may be purchased repeatedly under platform rules. A lifetime entitlement has no preset expiry and cannot be purchased twice, but “lifetime” does not guarantee that the product, platform, or online service operates forever. Official refunds, revocations, or applicable lawful processing may end the source entitlement.

17. Order verification and delivery

A client purchase message is not delivery authority. After the server pre-creates an order, it must verify the transaction with Google Play or Apple, check product, platform, account, amount facts, and transaction uniqueness, then update the order, inventory, acquisition record, and message in an idempotent transaction. Unknown or failed results are never represented as a successful purchase.

18. Restoring purchases

Only store-defined restorable transactions that pass official verification can be restored. Restoration locates and completes the original server order and does not create a second order or acquisition fact. One store transaction cannot maintain active entitlements for two Quadrop accounts, and soft cancellation does not automatically move it to a new account. A complete Apple restoration entry remains subject to platform integration and store review.

19. User-requested refund eligibility

Whether an in-App refund is available is frozen from product configuration into the order. When the current enabled value is 259200 seconds, the request window is exactly 72 hours from store-authoritative paid_at. The server must find no actual usage record for the precise backpack_id associated with that order. Annual entitlements follow latest eligible annual order first, so an intermediate order cannot be refunded first. Client time and a client statement of “unused” have no authority.

  • An expired window, used entitlement, incomplete order, or already refunded order is ineligible;
  • A newer active annual order must be addressed first;
  • A stable idempotency key prevents one request from calling the platform twice;
  • This in-App route does not limit additional rights supplied by law or an official store.

20. Platform refund results and entitlement state

Submitting a refund means only that the request was received, not that a refund succeeded. Under a user lock and transaction, the server rechecks eligibility and freezes the precise entitlement before calling the official platform. Only platform confirmation revokes the source entitlement and shows completion. A definitive rejection unfreezes it; timeout or unknown status remains processing until authoritative reconciliation. Google server refund support is implemented. Apple user-requested refund support fails closed until fully integrated and never simulates success. Settlement time depends on the platform and payment method.

21. Invitations

Only normal formal accounts can bind invitation codes. The invitee must have been created after the inviter, cannot invite itself, can bind only once for life, and cannot change the inviter. Binding, verified ads, and officially verified purchases may trigger rewards under server configuration and state machines. Fake accounts, self-invitation, scripted ads, forged purchases, and other reward manipulation are prohibited.

22. Prohibited conduct

Do not cheat, use automation, modify the client or requests, bypass eligibility, forge ads or purchases, abuse refunds or invitations, attack or overload the service, probe another account, upload malicious content, infringe intellectual property, or use the service in violation of law or platform rules.

23. Enforcement and appeals

To protect users and the service, we may use verifiable evidence to reject a score, reward, refund entry, or access; pause processing; or ban an account. Enforcement will follow applicable law and aim to be proportionate to risk. Appeal through [email protected] with a necessary order number, run ID, or error-log ID.

24. Third-party services

Google, Apple, AdMob, platform stores, cloud hosting, and object storage are independently operated and governed by their own terms and policies. A successful account chooser, ad display, or payment screen does not alone prove that a Quadrop business transaction completed. The service waits for the relevant server verification or authoritative state.

25. Intellectual property

The Quadrop App, website, code, interface, brands, text, and licensed assets belong to their respective owners. Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the current service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Third-party marks belong to their owners, and open-source components follow their licenses. Do not copy, sell, or impersonate official content.

26. Updates, maintenance, and discontinuation

We may update the App, website, game catalog, and service for security, compatibility, rule correction, or product development; schedule maintenance; or end unsupported versions. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Existing purchase entitlements, refunds, and necessary data remain subject to store rules and applicable law; a general right to update does not remove mandatory duties.

27. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available and as is. Networks, devices, operating systems, third-party platforms, and planned maintenance can affect availability, and we do not promise uninterrupted service or immediate correction of every error. This section does not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that consumer law does not permit us to exclude.

28. Limitation of liability

Any treatment of indirect loss, monetary caps, and exceptions must be defined only after review under the final governing and consumer law. This draft does not presume unfair or unenforceable limits. Fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, and any liability that law prohibits limiting are not excluded by these Terms.

29. User responsibility and indemnity

Where applicable law permits, a user is responsible for direct harm caused by intentional illegality, infringement, or a serious breach of these Terms. Any indemnity must be fair, related to the conduct, and reviewed for target markets. It does not make consumers responsible for the platform’s own fault or liabilities that cannot lawfully be transferred.

30. Governing law and disputes

The current release input for governing law is Laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The final Terms must identify the competent court or other dispute path while preserving mandatory rights where the user lives. Mandatory arbitration, class-action waivers, or removal of local regulatory remedies will not be assumed without market-specific legal confirmation.

31. Notices and changes

We display the version, effective date, and update date on this page. Material changes will receive prominent notice through the App, website, or an available contact channel. If law requires renewed acceptance, a separate action will be provided. A change does not retroactively remove mandatory rights that already arose.

32. General terms

If one term is invalid, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted by law. Delayed enforcement is not a permanent waiver. Users may not assign this agreement without permission. Chinese and English versions are intended to have equivalent meaning; neither is declared unilaterally controlling until the final legal review confirms a language rule.
