A guest recovery credential is stored only on the current device. Uninstalling, clearing data, changing devices, or resetting the system may make the original account unrecoverable.
Where are Google and Apple sign-in supported?
Support depends on the platform and released version. After account selection, the provider ID Token still requires server verification.
Can every interrupted game be recovered?
Online runs save checkpoints under current policy, but a small amount of progress not durably saved before a network failure may still be lost.
Why is my score missing from the leaderboard?
Guests are never ranked. Formal accounts also need an eligible ranked run, successful settlement, and a published snapshot.
Why is my ad reward still being confirmed?
Delivery depends on AdMob SSV and a committed server transaction. Processing may continue after the ad finishes on screen.
Why is a purchase or restoration still processing?
Purchases require official server verification. Restoration completes the original order and never creates a second entitlement.
When can I request a refund?
Eligibility depends on the order snapshot, paid_at, precise usage facts, and annual order sequence. Submission still waits for official platform confirmation.
Why can’t I bind an invitation code?
Only eligible normal formal accounts can bind. An invitee can bind once for life and cannot invite itself.
How do sign-out, cancellation, and deletion differ?
Sign-out ends a session. Current account cancellation is soft cancellation: it prevents sign-in but does not itself erase or anonymize historical data.
How should I report an error?
Provide the error-log ID shown in the dialog. Do not send tokens, passwords, or platform credentials.
